UKSI seeking Managing Director in 2026

After four years with the UK Sports Institute (UKSI), our CEO Matt Archibald has decided to move onto new things in 2026.

Matt will be with the UKSI until March 2026, but we are now recruiting for a Managing Director to join us as we transition to start working more closely with UK Sport as part of the UK Sport and Institute Group.

The Managing Director will sit at the heart of the UK high performance sport system. They will need personal and professional credibility with our outstanding staff, our partners and sports, being visible in their environments and developing deep relationships with the performance directors in sports.
