The UK Sports Institute have an exciting opportunity for a Sports Physician to work at our site in Bisham on a part time basis. This will initially be on a fixed term basis until March 2026.

The UK Sports Institute have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant in Sport & Exercise Medicine to join our team initially on a fixed term basis until March 2026, with potential to extend the contract to a substantive post dependent on funding confirmation for the Los Angeles 2028 cycle.
The successful applicant will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team at the UKSI Bisham Abbey high performance centre to deliver sports medicine services to Olympic and Paralympic World Class Programme (WCP) funded athletes from a variety of sports. This role will also specifically involve provision of Sports Medicine support to athletes accessing Performance Rehabilitation in the Intensive Rehabilitation Unit (IRU) at Bisham Abbey.

The successful applicant can expect 1:1 supervision, leadership, coaching and mentorship via a dedicated Sports Medicine Lead and access to a range of learning & development opportunities both within the Sports Medicine discipline and across the wider Athlete Health team.
